About Heather

Heather is a heart-centered massage therapist, yoga instructor, and healing guide based in Austin, Texas. With 16 years of hands-on massage experience and 14 years of dedicated yoga practice, she brings deep presence, intuitive care, and a holistic approach to every session.

Her extensive training includes Swedish Massage, Structural Bodywork, Myofascial Release, Thai Massage, Reiki, and more. As a certified Massage Therapy Instructor (MTI) and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), Heather offers massage instruction and leads healing-focused yoga retreats both locally and internationally.

Heather weaves breath, movement, and therapeutic touch to support full-spectrum healing—body, mind, and heart. Her philosophy is simple but powerful: healing begins with the heart. She creates a welcoming, inclusive space where all bodies are seen, valued, and supported. Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, emotional tension, burnout, or simply need to reconnect, her work helps clients access a state of rest, restoration, and recalibration.

Her path into healing began early. As a child, she dreamed of being a therapist, always attuned to the mind-body connection. Years later, while working in a coffee shop and enrolled in physical therapy assistant school, she developed a frozen shoulder. One transformative massage experience shifted everything. The healing power of touch resonated so deeply that she left PTA school and devoted herself to massage therapy full-time.

Heather believes in the power of preventative care and bodywork as essential maintenance for well-being. Through her compassionate lens, she helps people “see” themselves again—supporting physical, emotional, and energetic healing with heart-centered presence and care.
